Bigger. Faster. Settlements.
Billboards don't win cases: Laser Focus, Undivided Attention, and Relentless Representation do. With Kyle, your case never leaves his hands, and the constant pressure he puts on the insurance company causes your settlement to come back bigger, and faster.
Two things a billboard cannot buy.
Don't be a little number at a billboard firm.
You won't find me on a billboard. You'll find me in the courtroom. These firms buy your attention with ad campaigns, then hand your case to a manager you never meet. You get my undivided attention, my direct line, and a relentless push for every dollar your case is worth.
My results feed families, not billboard campaigns.
Kyle P. CottnerUndivided attention is the whole strategy.
Billboard firms divide their attention across hundreds of files, so your case gets a fraction of someone's focus. Kyle does not work that way. Your case gets his full focus and a relentless push for every dollar, which is exactly why the numbers come back bigger and faster.
Undivided attention
No case managers, no handoffs to a paralegal. Your case gets Kyle's full focus and his direct line, from the first call to the final check. You are never one of hundreds.
Built for the biggest payout
Insurers offer more when they know your lawyer will go the distance. Relentless preparation and real trial ability are the leverage, and it shows up as a bigger number.
Treated like family
Same-day call backs, help finding the right doctors, and a clear plan at every step. You always know exactly where your case stands.
No fee unless you win
Injury cases are handled on contingency. There is nothing to pay up front, and no fee at all unless Kyle recovers for you.
What the insurance company will not tell you.
The insurance company sounds friendly because that is the job. Their paycheck depends on paying you as little as possible. Here is what is really happening behind the calls.
Do not talk to the insurance company alone.

Every case type below gets the same model: Kyle's undivided attention, a relentless push against the insurer, and a file built like it is going to trial.
Car Accidents
Rear-end, intersection, hit-and-run, and uninsured driver collisions across the valley, like the $11.8 million rear-end recovery.
Truck Accidents
Semi-trucks, delivery fleets, and commercial vehicles, where federal rules and big policies demand fast evidence preservation.
Motorcycle Accidents
Riders get blamed before the facts are in. Kyle answers the bias with evidence and full-value demands.
Uber & Lyft Accidents
Rideshare crashes stack multiple insurance policies that point at each other. Kyle ends that game.
Pedestrian Accidents
Las Vegas streets are among the nation's most dangerous on foot. The blame-the-victim defense gets answered here.
Slip & Fall
Stores and casinos owe you a safe premises. Kyle recovered $2.5 million in a grocery store fall by proving they failed.
Negligent Security
When properties skimp on security and people get hurt, the harm was preventable. Kyle's $5 million casino result proved it.
Workers' Compensation
Denied claims, lowballed ratings, and cut-off benefits, fought through Nevada's hearings and appeals system.
Wrongful Death
Accountability for families who lost someone to negligence, handled personally and with care.
What full value looks like.
Insurers pay more when they know your lawyer will take the case all the way. Over $100 million recovered, including more than 150 settlements of $100,000 or more, one fully-prepared file at a time.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Each case turns on its own facts.

Built for the courtroom.
Kyle's path to law started in childhood, watching his mother live with a debilitating injury. That experience shaped a career built on two things: undivided attention to the people he represents, and relentless representation against the companies trying to underpay them.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Saint Louis University School of Law, Kyle sharpened his craft in the Clark County District Attorney's Appellate Division, where he authored more than ten Nevada Supreme Court appeals. He then became one of the most active trial attorneys in Las Vegas, trying over 17 jury trials and arguing more than 100 evidentiary hearings.
In 2017 he was hand-selected for the National Trial Practice Institute at Mercer Law School and placed in the most advanced group of 200 nationally recognized trial attorneys, with specialized training in demonstrative evidence and cross-examination. Today he brings that same firepower to every client at The Cottner Firm.
What clients say.
Kyle Cottner performed outstanding in all facets of my proceedings regarding my personal injury suit involving my car accident. He fully explained every step clearly and professionally so I would understand everything in my entire case. The results couldn't have been any better.
Getting into an accident is traumatizing enough, but being pregnant made it that much harder. Thank you for making it easy to deal with this Kyle! I will call the Cottner Firm for the rest of my life!
After a devastating accident caused by an impaired driver, Attorney Cottner handled every detail with care and dedication to ensure I was made whole again. I am forever grateful!
Kyle was the most attentive and professional lawyer I have ever worked with. I was hit at a red light, was referred to Kyle, and could not have asked for a better lawyer to help me settle my case. Thank you!
What people ask before they call.
It depends on your injuries, your treatment, lost income, and how clearly fault falls on the other side. The honest answer is that most people are owed more than the insurance company's first offer. Kyle gives you a straight assessment after looking at the facts, not a sales pitch.
No. Injury cases are handled on contingency. You pay nothing out of pocket, and there is no fee at all unless Kyle recovers money for you.
Be careful. The insurance company is not on your side, and a recorded statement can be used to cut your claim later. You are not required to give one. Talk to Kyle before you sign anything or agree to be recorded.
Most Nevada injury claims carry a two year deadline from the date of the injury, though some situations shorten or change that. The sooner you call, the more evidence can be preserved. Waiting only helps the other side.
Most cases settle, but Kyle prepares every one as if it will be tried. That readiness is the leverage that pushes the settlement higher. The insurance company pays more when it knows your lawyer will go the distance.
You may still recover. Nevada lets you be compensated as long as you are not more at fault than the other side. Do not assume you have no case because someone told you part of it was on you.
Faster does not mean taking the first lowball. Kyle moves quickly, builds the file early, and applies pressure so the insurer comes up sooner rather than later. The speed comes from preparation and force, never from accepting less than you are owed.
You work with Kyle. You get his direct line and his undivided attention, from the first call to the final check. You are never handed down to staff you have never met.
